i booked a room there. it exceeded my expectations. my room had a jacuzzi bath and sauna. i definitely use them. the spa facilities were clean. i heard there are no weekday options for treatments, only weekends.

the hotel gave a room overlooking the street. there was no view of the water. the noise was awful. the room was never cleaned. we had to settle for fresh towels only.

i stayed for several nights and appreciated the sauna it was relaxing and the bed was comfortable. i woke up refreshed and ready each day. the room offered a view of the harbour it added a magical touch. the tv was embedded in the bathroom mirror it was a good surprise.

the room service menus were inconsistent and the number provided for it was inaccurate.

the location allowed easy access to attractions like the maritime museum and witte de witstraat restaurants it took about 10 minutes to walk there I especially liked the proximity to the metro station just outside the doorstep the view from my room overlooked the harbour it was quite fine. the cleanliness was noticeable too the Ukrainian cleaning staff did a professional job the harbor view from the room was amazing

i noticed the lack of weekday treatment options in the spa i was told these only happen on weekends it limited my ability to fully enjoy the spa this should be available also during the week
